The Board of Larimer County Commissioners has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for interested developers to deliver a new full-service hotel and conference center facility (Hotel) within the Ranch in Colorado, USA.

The Rach is a premier entertainment and event complex located at 5280 Arena Circle in Loveland. The project involves the development of a hotel with 250 rooms, an exhibition center of approximately 60,000 SF including public restrooms, dock-high loading docks, full power and information and communication (ICT) technology, commercial kitchen, equipment storage, and administrative and security offices. It will also include recreational Sports Complexes such as Ice Hockey and aquatics facilities.
