The city of Albuquerque in the USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a private developer to redevelop part of the city into a mixed-use locality. The project includes the redevelopment of 101 Silver Avenue SW at the southwest corner of Silver Avenue and 1st Street into a high density residential or mixed-use project in the city of Albuquerque. The project will increase the number of households in the area, stimulate the vitality, contribute to economic activity to area businesses, and achieve the goals outlined in the Downtown 2025 Plan of Albuquerque.
The developer will be responsible for assembling the project team; site due diligence; community outreach and engagement; development plan and schedule; financing, planning, design, and construction activities.
The deadline to submit the proposals is November 05, 2020. Questions regarding the RFP are accepted until October 16, 2020.
