RFP launched for development of storm-water detention ponds in Saint Albans

The town of Saint Albans in Vermont, USA, has launched a request for proposals for the development of two storm-water detention ponds project. The project includes works of rehabilitation and or reconstruction. Bids may be received for a single prime contract or split contracts. A single prime contractor is a preferred situation. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis.

The deadline to submit the bids is September 03, 2019. The expected completion date is December 1, 2019.
