Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board in India has launched a request for proposal seeking private building developers for commercial complex project. The project includes design, build, finance, operate and transfer of five-story commercial complex in Haldwani. Haldwani is a city located in Uttarakhand state of India. The building comprises one floor and terrace area which can be used in the complex, apart from that scope of works include the construction of an additional 4 floors.
The private partner should construct the building according to applicable laws, including but not limited to development control norms
and regulations, stipulated Floor Area Ratio (FAR), safety norms, fire safety norms etc. Besides leasable commercial space, necessary facilities like toilets, safety equipment/ safety features, security features etc.
The concession period for the project is 30 years. The deadline to submit the response to RFP is December 23, 2019.
