City of Fishers in Indiana, USA has launched a request for proposal and qualification (RFPQ) seeking a private partner to develop an art and municipal complex for the city. The three acres site is located at 1 Municipal Drive and it's occupied by a building that will be demolished.
The scope of works involves the design and construction of 40,000 – 48,000 sq. ft. structure with a contemporary design; compliment the structures, improvements, and greenspace in the NPD; provide efficient space for municipal departments, offices, and meetings; maximize first-floor space for performing and fine arts purposes; include an auditorium appropriate for artistic performances and City public meetings and gatherings; and provide security measures to separate public spaces from City offices.
