The Fayetteville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (FAMPO) in North Carolina, USA along with Cumberland County as the Lead Planning Agency has launched a request for proposal (RFP) notice seeking a technical consultant for the Multi-Modal Congestion Management Process (CMP). The project's objective is to prepare a regional, multi-modal, congestion management transportation planning process suitable for implementation by local governments, FAMPO, public transportation providers, and NCDOT.

The consultant will provide services and analysis in the areas of transportation and land-use. The consultant will also schedule, coordinate, and make all necessary arrangements for meetings conducted by the consultant or in partnership with FAMPO during the course of the project. All available, existing, and pertinent documentation and data will be provided to the consultant from authority.
