The City of Hardeeville has launched a Request for proposals (RFP) seeking developers for a city redevelopment project in Hardeeville, South Carolina, USA.

The project involves the redevelopment of approximately 6.1 ac of property located and owned by the City of Hardeeville and an additional 0.445 ac currently owned by a private party located in the Southeast quadrant of Whyte Hardee Boulevard and Main Street that may also be considered for sale and/or include as part of a development proposal submission. The project intends to develop Pedestrian-friendly mixed-use areas that have active commercial uses and a small commercial building of approximately 3,200 square feet with multiple tenants.
