RFP issued to shortlisted teams for Utility system PPP project at University of Louisville

The University of Louisville in Kentucky, USA has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to four shortlisted bidders for its Utility system concession. The project involves managing on-campus utility production and distribution systems. Following four teams can participate in phase II of the procurement process:

  • Cardinal Sustainable Energy;
  • Go Card Rudd Campus Energy;
  • 502 Energy Partners;
  • Cardinal Utility Solutions.

The deadline to submit the response to the RFP is August 12, 2022. The selected team will be responsible for the modernization, operation and maintenance of the steam and chilled water plant located in the Service Complex Building (SCB) along with the electric and tunnel distribution for the Belknap Campus.
