The government of Newfoundland and Labrador has issued a request for proposals to the three shortlisted teams for the Mental Health and Addictions Facility project. The shortlisted teams are

The project involves the design, construction, financing, and maintenance of a mental health and addictions facility. The 102-bed facility is an extension of the Health Sciences Centre (HSC) in St. John’s, located in Newfoundland and Labrador province, eastern Canada. The facility aims to provide modern mental health services through the consolidation of all adult mental health inpatient services at the HSC campus in a new building which is anticipated to be connected to the existing HSC.
