Fraser Health Authority has launched a request for proposal (RFP) to three shortlisted bidders for the Phase I redevelopment of Burnaby hospital. The project includes the design, build, finance and construction, management of a hospital at Burnaby, British Colombia.

The scope of the works involves design and construction of a new six-level Inpatient/Outpatient Tower; design and construction of a new five-level expansion to the south side of the existing Support Facilities Building; Renovations to levels 2-4 of the Support Facilities Building, levels 0 and 1 of the Nursing Tower, including select mechanical and electrical elements; and Demolition of the Cascade and West Wing Buildings.
The submission deadline for technical proposals is on December 17, 2020. The submission deadline for financial proposals is on March 18, 2021.
