The University of Maine in the USA has issued a request for proposal (RFQ) to four shortlisted bidders to design, build, finance, potentially operate, and maintain new student housing developments on the University of Maine's campuses in Presque Isle (UMPI) and Farmington (UMF). The UMF campus will accommodate a new 180-200 townhouse-style beds, while the Presque Isle’s campus will have a new 200-220-bed suite-style student housing development.
