The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to five pre-qualified bidders for the Aqaba Amman Water Desalination and Conveyance PPP Project (AAWDCP). The five pre-qualified bidders are :
AAWDP project involves the development of a seawater desalination plant with a 100 mcm/year capacity and a seawater intake and outfall pipeline system as well as a conveyance pipeline and reservoir system in Aqaba. The project will be implemented in two phases.
