Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Hamilton Health Sciences have issued the request for proposals (RFP) for the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Redevelopment Project in Grimsby, Canada. Only three prequalified teams/consortiums can participate and respond to the RFP to design, build and finance (DBF) the project. Selection criteria included design and construction capability, experience, qualified personnel and financial capacity to undertake a project of this size and scope.
