Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) inviting Energy Service Companies (ESCos) for the solar energy PPP project at the DND 5th Canadian Division Support Base (5 CDSB) Gagetown Facility, located in
Oromocto, New Brunswick.
The selected partner will be responsible for the provision of professional and construction services, financing, training, maintenance and monitoring associated with the implementation of a solar energy installation. The project includes the implementation of a solar energy production system at the two land parcels and the associated electrical substation within the Facility.
