The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and the National Center for Privatization and PPP (NCP) have launched the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Social Case Surveying PPP project (Phase 2) in Saudi Arabia.
The project intends to serve beneficiaries in 11 regions across the Kingdom, with the exception of Riyadh and Hail, through a five-year contract. The project aims to include more beneficiaries in the surveys it conducts, improving customer satisfaction and service quality in the process.
