Indian River County has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the housing development PPP project in Gifford, USA.
The selected developer will be responsible for the design, finance and built a single-family residential subdivision for income-eligible households. A total of 22 housing units will be constructed on county-owned property. The homes will be sold to households with incomes between 80% and 120% of AMI. In addition, the partner should be able to assist with the promotion and marketing of the project to prospective buyers.
