RFP issued for service stations P3 in New York

The New York State Thruway Authority has published a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the food service operations at the 27 Service Areas located along the along the 570-mile system.

The service areas will be concessioned in two groups. The concession for the first group will commence on 1 January 2020, while the second will commence on 1 January 2023.

Proposals are due by 11 February 2019.
