Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Trillium Health Partners (THP) have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the THP long-term redevelopment Queensway Health Centre private-public (PPP) project in Ontario, Canada. 

EllisDon Corporation has been pre-qualified to proceed with the procurement process based on criteria identified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, such as required construction experience and financial capability to complete the project. After responding to the RFP, EllisDon Corporation will start preparing its proposal outlining the implementation of the project. IO and THP will evaluate the proposal and, if approved, will negotiate the terms of the contract, expected in 2023.

Queensway Health Centre PPP project in Ontario involves the redevelopment of the THP-Queensway Health Centre in Ontario, Canada. The project includes the construction of a new patient tower and renovations to some existing spaces with the aim to increase capacity for post-acute care.
