Pine City and the Pine City Economic Development Authority in Minnesota, USA has issued a request for proposals (RFP) inviting hotel developers for the hotel project in Pine City. The project includes design, financing, construction and operation of the 51-bed hotel in Pine City. The city has identified 4 possible site and intersections for the hotel development site. Sites 1 and 4 are zoned Highway Business which allows for a maximum building height of 6 stories or 90 feet. Sites 2 and 3 are zoned General Business which allows for a maximum building height of 3 stories or 45 feet. The scope of the hotel development involves 51 rooms with a business center, banquet space to accommodate >25, hot breakfast, fitness room and a pool.
The deadline to submit the proposals is August 21, 2019.
