RFP issued for fire station construction PPP project in Ocoee City

The City of Ocoee has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a fire station in Florida, USA. 

The City extends an invitation to any individual or entity interested in submitting an alternative proposal for the establishment of a new Fire Station. This proposed station is intended for a location on North Lakewood Avenue and is envisioned to encompass a 7,500-sq-ft facility featuring 3 bays designed to accommodate a fire engine, ladder truck, and ambulance. The station's layout would also encompass office areas to serve firefighters and administrative personnel.
