The Southside Network Authority (SNA) has issued a Request for Qualifications & Conceptual Proposals (RFP) for a private partner(s) to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Regional Connectivity Ring (RCR) project. The fiber-optic network will interconnect the five cities of South Hampton Roads, helping to facilitate smart community development and accelerate equitable economic growth.
The RFP covers the Conceptual Phase of the process of selecting a proposer(s) with the SNA, during which the proposer should provide conceptual information focused on qualifications and experience, project characteristics, project financing, and project benefits and compatibility with the SNA´s goals.
