NYCEDC, on behalf of the City of New York, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to support the design and development of an up to 112,000-square-foot Climate Innovation Hub at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in New York City, USA.
This RFP is searching for a Consortium of entities to establish and manage the Hub, with a Lead Respondent at the helm. The Consortium will comprise multiple stakeholders with expertise in various areas such as accelerator/incubator operations, real estate management, lab/prototyping facility operations, pilot testing facility operations, academic or R&D institutions, workforce/talent development organizations, business development entities, or financial investors, all collaborating to develop, launch, and sustain the Hub.
