Niger’s Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energies has released a request for proposal (RFP) for the 50 MW Solar Scaling public-private partnership (PPP) Project in Gorou Banda.
The selected partner will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a grid-connected solar PV plant with a total capacity of 50 MW under The World Bank Group’s Scaling Solar program. Among the shortlisted bidders are the following:
