The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAP) has launched the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development and execution of a Guaranteed Energy Savings and Sustainability Master Plan and Program Implementation (GESSMPP) at the Kentucky International Airport.
The contract will be separated into two phases. Phase I involves writing an energy and sustainability master plan. Phase II will result in the tender process of what the successful proposer submitted and receives approval from KCAB to pursue. Phase II may utilize various delivery methods including any or all elements of design, build, finance, operate, maintain (DBFOM).
