The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) and the City and County of Honolulu (City) have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s City Centre Guideway and Stations/Pearl Highlands Design-Build Finance Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) Contract.
Sealed qualifications proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., Hawai‘i Standard Time (HST) on 21 December 2018.
The project involves the development of a 6.6km elevated rail system to form the final City Centre segment of a 32km line connecting East Kapolei to Ala Moana Center. The other two segments are currently under construction.
