ASYAD in Oman has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the development of the transportation hub in Muscat. It will be located near Burj al Sahwa in the capital city of Oman. The facility will occupy an area of approx. 41,952 sqm. The scope of works includes the development of mixed-use, commercial and residential buildings, hotels, public facilities, retail shops, offices, medical centers, food & beverages, and entertainment hubs, without compromising the scale and quality of mandatory facilities.
The project will be implemented on design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis.
The deadline to submit the interest is January 30, 2020.
