Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has closed the request for proposals (RFP) stage for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Phase 1D Redevelopment project in Toronto, Canada.
The project involves erecting a new facility at 1001 Queen Street West in Toronto, replacing existing spaces for mentally ill patients with legal system involvement. PCL, prequalified and invited to respond to an RFP, submitted their proposal for designing, building, and financing. IO and CAMH will assess PCL's proposal. If successful, contract terms are expected to be negotiated by late 2023. IO and CAMH collaborate with the Ministry of Health on this initiative.
