RFI launched for sports complex PPP in Texas

The city of Austin in Texas, USA has launched a request for information (RFI) seeking input including business ideas and/or programming activities that will support the development of the Walnut Creek Sports Complex in northeast Austin near Austin Tennis Center, Colony Park District Park. The concession involves a long‐term Parkland Improvement, Programming, and Maintenance Agreement to design, construct, program, operate, and maintain a sports complex that is geared towards league play.
