The City of South San Francisco has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking feedback to deliver parking to its downtown core as well as City office space, a downtown park, and other needs using a public-private partnership (P3) model.
The purpose of the RFI is to solicit information from individuals, firms, teams, or organizations that have experience in developing, financing, and/or operating major parking and infrastructure projects and that may be interested in designing, building, financing, operating, and/or maintaining the facilities.
