RFI launched for Nebraska prison facility project

Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) has launched a request for information (RFI) seeking private partner for prison facility project. The project includes design, construction, and financing for a new state prison facility in Nebraska. The scope of works also involves development food service operations, medical amenities, maintenance, a library, programming space, commissary and other features that would ensure the facility is stand-alone operation.
