Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council in Northern Ireland, UK has launched a request for interest (RFI) seeking participation from private investors to develop a leisure complex PPP.
The project will cover existing and new assets on around 303 acres (123 hectares) of land situated at Silverwood leisure complex, Lurgan. Through this RFI, the authority is seeking the views of interested parties that may wish to participate in the forthcoming procurement process, in relation to certain aspects of the project, scope of works required, and contract terms.
