The County of San Mateo has sought a Request For Information (RFI) from potential Aeronautical Activity providers to develop the North of Holly Parcel (Parcel) at the San Carlos Airport in San Francisco, California, USA.
The County has an available land parcel at the Airport that can be developed for aviation-related facilities. The land in question is approximately 16.5 acres in size and located northwest of the Airport, situated north of Holly Street and Highway 101, and south of Twin Dolphin Drive. A public road separates the Parcel from the aeronautical areas of the Airport, the Parcel may provide opportunities for non-traditional aeronautical support and activities, such as the establishment of infrastructure for the operation and maintenance of electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL).
