The World Bank Group has launched two requests for expression of interest seeking consultants for Senegal PPP Framework Support Phase I.

The first RFEOI seeks a consultant to contribute to finalizing the law and its application decrees, as well as help set the strategic direction for the implementation of the PPP program under the new PPP Law, by defining mechanisms and systems for project identification, preparation, procurement, and monitoring. The second RFEOI seeks a consultant to contribute to finalizing the law and its application decrees, with a view to assuring coherence, consistency and clarity of the legal and regulatory framework for PPPs. You can find more information about this RFEOI on our business opportunity page here.

The deadline to respond to both RFEOI is April 16, 2020.
