The Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) in Myanmar and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a consultant for water supply network project in Yangon. The project includes the provision and distribution of tap water and the development of critical infrastructure.
The technical consultant will be undertaking a preliminary-feasibility study, to provide a high-level assessment of YCDCs water utility and identify potential PPP structures. The study will collect quantitative and qualitative data about YCDCs water distribution performance and analyze information about the utility's financial situation, current operating performance, the level of access and quality of service provided, and the state of its management systems.
The deadline to submit the interest is December 05, 2019.
