The Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Indonesia has launched a request for expression of interest seeking a technical adviser to prepare final business case (FBC) for Pasir Kopo Multipurpose dam PPP in Lebak Regency, Banten province, Indonesia. Asian Development Bank has provided a loan for the project and will act as a transaction adviser to the authority.

The scope of works of technical adviser includes :

• Review of Outline Business Case (OBC)
• Pasir Kopo Multipurpose Dam Feasibility Review
• FBC Preparation involving Legal and Institutional; Environmental, Social and Gender; Technical; Economic and Commercial; Financial aspects of the project as well as preparation of Risk Matrix
• Government support
• Market Sounding and Stakeholder Consultations
• Surveys
• Draft tender document templates
