The World Bank Group has issued a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking infrastructure advisory to support the development of Laos PDR's PPP framework and management of unsolicited proposals and fiscal commitments and contingent liabilities. The government of Laos is seeking help to strengthen the PPP enabling environment and support capacity building across the PPP lifecycle, including support on managing Unsolicited Proposals and PPP related Fiscal Commitments and Contingent Liabilities.
The consultant will provide the Public-Private Infrastructure advisory.
