RFEOI released for feasibility study for development of Roadside Stations in Rwanda

The Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) and the Ministry of Infrastructure have issued a Request for Expression of Interest seeking consultants for the feasibility study for the development of Roadside Stations (RSS) in Rwanda.

The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensible feasibility study (FS) for the development of Roadside Stations in Rwanda by reviewing and updating the FS conducted by Northern Corridor Transit Transport Coordination Authority (NCTTCA) and conducting feasibility (technical, economic, financial, environmental and social) study for the development of Roadside Stations along the Central Corridor routes. The consultant will also develop a business plan for the development and operation of RSS.
