RFEOI launched seeking legal consultant to structure transport sector PPP in Panama

The World Bank Group has launched a request for expression interest (RFEOI) seeking to select a legal consultant to support the public-private partnership transaction advisory services unit of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to structure a PPP for the government of Panama in the urban transport sector. 

The consultant will provide services throughout the duration of the transaction in line with the newly enacted PPP law in the Republic of Panama and its subsequent regulation.
