The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in cooperation with the National Centre for Privatization & PPP (NCP) in Saudi Arabia has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for the Social Care Homes project.

Under the project, NCP plans to provide 150 Social Care Homes within both Riyadh and Jeddah to support 559 individuals with varying degrees of disabilities. The private partner will be responsible for the development of social care homes and deliver residential services, social care, and facilities management services to people with disabilities.
