Saudi Water Partnership Company has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking private partner for the development of Small Sewage Treatment Plants and Collection Network in the Jazan region. Spread over the Jazan region, the Project comprises the development of 20 SSTPs of varying capacities with a total combined capacity of 104,500 m3/day (with sizes ranging from 1,000 m3/day to 15,000 m3/day), together with associated Collection Networks of approximately 1,500 km (with lengths ranging from 7 km to 415 km).
The private partner will be responsible for the development, financing, engineering, procurement, construction, and implementation for both SSTPs and the Collection Network and additionally, ownership, operation, maintenance, and transfer of the SSTPs, together with associated infrastructure and facilities.
The deadline to submit the interest is May 06, 2021. The concession period for the project is 25 years.
