The Ministry of Justice in Namibia has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a private developer for Office accommodation complex project in Windhoek. The scope of project involves Design, Build, Finance, Marketing, Commercialization, Operations and Maintenance of an Accommodation Complex. The complex will occupy approximately 5 000 m2 land area and provide services of office space, retail space, financial center, parking, and multi-purpose conference center.
