The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. in Greece has launched the request for expression of interest for the Marina of Itea port concession. The concession includes port operation services (berthing and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the movable and/or fixed assets within the upland area and/or the sea area of the Marina of Itea. Marina of Itea is located in the southeastern part of Phocis region in Greece. 

The sea area of Itea marina extends to a surface of approximately 26,000 sq. m. and can accommodate 146 yachts of small and medium-size. There is also a dry docking area of 60 yachts. The work for the port infrastructure in the sea area has been completed, while the construction of the infrastructure in the upland area is in progress. The upland area of the Itea Marina covers an area of 24,700 sq.m. approximately.

The concession period is a minimum of 35 years. The deadline to submit the interest is November 29, 2019.
