The NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) and the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) are seeking a private partner for the Argyll Estate Renewal Project in Mid North Coast, with a goal to explore how infill medium density housing development could increase housing supply and diversity, and accelerate the renewal and revitalization of the Argyll Estate in Coffs Harbour.
The project is focused on the development of new social and private housing in the local area south of Bray Street to Argyll Street and from Frederick Street to Elm Street. The area includes 127 properties and two land plots owned by LAHC and AHO.
