National Center for Privatization and PPP in Saudi Arabia on behalf of Aِl Madinah Region Municipality has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking private partner for real estate project under the Joint Development Agreement (JDA) framework. The project site is in the Al-Naqa district, Medina. The JDA is a public-private partnership (PPP) between the developer and Madinah Region Municipality where the plots in the site are handed to the Developer for a fixed concession period to develop them into commercial real estate properties in order to generate revenues. Madinah Region Municipality will conduct a competitive bidding process to select a developer or developer consortium to undertake the Project.
The development project envisages the development, operations, and maintenance of hospitality (hotel) and retail assets in one land plot with a total area of ( 3,550 square meters ) located in the heart of Al Madinah.
