RFEOI launched for Al Iman General Hospital staff accommodation PPP project

The Ministry of Health (MoH) in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) has launched a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) seeking a private partner for the development of Al-Iman General Hospital staff accommodation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of 564 housing units and associated parking requirements for 280 cars. The project also includes partial demolition of the existing housing units. The concession period is 25 years excluding the construction period of 2 years.
