The World Bank Group has issued two requests for expression of interest seeking legal consultants to support governments with critical strategic short-term advice on the immediate impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The consultant will form part of the PPIAF COVID-19 Rapid Response teams on a country-by-country basis to provide remote, short-term targeted legal assistance on types of contracts of specific sectors or examples of projects that are likely to be affected or are already affected by COVID-19 developments, with respect to the potential contractual implications of those developments.
One RFEOI concerns countries in Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean; and separate RFEOI is launched for countries in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
