The Federal Republic of Nigeria through its Ministry of Interior has launched a request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for transaction advisory services for the planned development of a domestic production center of E-Passport booklets and ICT facilities.
The E-Passport should adhere to the existing International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and specifications.
The private partners will undertake the designing of the project architecture, financing, operating and maintenance of the e-passport and the Advance Passenger Information System facilities.
Submission for tender documents from interested advisory group will be on January 7, 2019.
