Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation in Manitoba, Canada has launched a request for bid (RFB) seeking a private partner to replace the existing water treatment plant located at the south basin of Lake Manitoba in the Westlake region of Manitoba. The concession period for the project is 20 years.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new Water Treatment Plant (WTP), raw water intake system, remote truck fill, various water main and sewer lines, and associated works such as new water supply line from the WTP to the school and connections to the existing distribution and sewer system for the community.
