West Virginia University is looking for a private partner to rebuild the cooling system in Morgantown, West Virginia, USA.

The selected partner will be responsible for rebuilding Chiller-2 in order to keep the system running until a full building cooling system overhaul is performed. Chiller-2 needs reconstruction due to the fact that the iron content in the oil exceeds the permissible norm by 5 times. The private partner will be required to purchase the necessary parts and equipment for the rebuild and then provide recovery services in the cooler months of fall 2023 if the chiller does not fail before the planned rebuild. The pre-Bid meeting will take place on April 12, 2023. The cutoff for questions is April 18, 2023.

The last date to submit the proposals is April 25, 2023. More information about this tender could be found on our Business Opportunity page here
