San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) has requested revisions to proposals received in December 2021 for the Potrero Yard Modernization PPP project in California, USA.
The goal of this revision is to collect proposals that achieve key City goals with the best value for the City. The authority expects to receive new proposals by July 20, 2022, after which it will select a preferred developer team by fall 2022. The work under the predevelopment agreement is planned to start by winter 2022.
The PPP project aims to replace the obsolete two-story maintenance building and bus yard with a modern, three-story, efficient bus maintenance and storage garage. It will be equipped to serve the SFMTA's growing fleet as it transitions to battery electric vehicles.
